Hsin-yi has years of experience in collaborating and accompanying with instrumentalists and vocalists. She hold a master degree in Chamber Music from University of Michigan and was the studio accompanist forI vocal, violin, viola, cello, flute, oboe, clarinet and tuba studios at Michigan State University. She is currently the staff pianist of School of Music, Theatre and Dance at University of Michigan and the collaborative pianist of Huron High School Choirs.
She also accompanied students in several summer festivals, including Music Fest Perugia in Italy and Sewanee Summer Music Festival in Tennessee. Hsin-yi was the staff pianist at Todi International Music Academy in 2017 summer, where she accompanied for instrumentalists and performed in concerts. As a freelance accompanists, she collaborate with students from SMTD and young students for lessons, recitals, competitions and juries.
Hsin-yi has worked intensely with different settings of ensembles, including standard chamber music settings, new music ensemble Musique 21, Lansing Symphony Orchestra, Michigan Philharmonic, Dearborn Symphony Orchestra and Main Street Opera Theatre.
